			AEN realizes that an effective quality assurance program is essential to achieve its mission. As a result, AEN makes sure all environmental projects are closely monitored from both a technical and an operational standpoint. The analytical support provided by AEN laboratory backs up the quality assurance program. AEN dispatches a team of procurement specialists to carefully inspect all materials and guarantee the highest quality at the best possible cost. This perfectionism helps to ensure optimal project execution. AEN has developed and maintains a framework for the assessment and audit of suppliers to ensure that the services and products supplied meet our quality requirements. Our quality assurance team proactively monitors performance.
			1. AEN Quality Management System (QMS) is currently being improved and assessed for compliance to ISO 9001 2. Currently, we are realigning our Quality Manual to suit with the international standard requirements of ISO 9001:2000. 3. Our Quality System Procedure Manual is under implementation in which majority of the elements are in compliance with the international standard requirements of ISO 9001:2000. 4. Our QA/QC staff bring a wealth of experience in working to ISO 9001.
